A material you find a lot under your sneakers because it's flexible, grippy and shock-resistant. Natural rubber comes from latex, a liquid derived from the rubber tree. Synthetic rubber, on the other hand, comes from the chemical industry. So obviously, at Rafale, we give top priority to natural rubber, which pollutes much less than synthetic. And we systematically indicate the category of rubber present in each product so that you can choose with all the cards in hand.

When we think of a piece we'll keep for life, we often think of leather. Our good quality leather shoes, bags and jackets will be worn hundreds of times and passed from hand to hand for many years to come.
There are many questions surrounding the use of leather, its provenance, tanning and alternatives. At Rafale, we choose to offer you quality leathers from certified tanneries.

The Greta boot has been designed with a sleek silhouette and accented with Vandrelaar's signature pleating.

Composition :
Upper: Buttery soft suede - tanned in Portugal.

Lining: Breathable vegetable tanned leather, made without heavy metals. Fully compostable and biodegradable, this leather is the safest, most hypoallergenic and natural material to wear next to the skin for everyday use and comfort.

Insole: recycled cardboard, with synthetic padding for everyday comfort.

Heel: 8 cm curved block, made of 100% recyclable ABS plastic.

Zip: High quality zipper and puller, made in Europe, with antioxidant protection and polyester tape.

Outsole: Durable rubber, to prevent water damage and slipping on wet surfaces.

Handcrafted from the softest Portuguese suede.

The curved block heel sits at a comfortable 8cm height for everyday wear. The boots are finished with a sleek silver zip fastening at the back of the ankle. Pair them with cropped jeans or a midi skirt for an effortless look.
